Only a few times in life do you associate with someone you trust and like and look forward to working with. Alfredo is this one of those people for me and he is my right hand on the ground in Chihuahua.
Alfredo and his wife Norma live in Chihuahua City with their two kids.
He often shows us around Chi City or travel the whole distance of the canyons…and he is a favorite with our guests.
This guy is a skilled guide…he knows plants, animals, history, lore…and he knows how to deliver it to curious people in a way that is fun.
He has a sense of humor… I mean a good sense of humor. Once when we were rolling along with a group in Copper, he was asked the old question, “Was Pancho Villa a good guy or a bad guy?’. His answer was a bit slow in coming.
“Well…I guess that deeepens on wheeech side o’ de peeeestels you on!”
When you come on one of our Copper Canyon train trips, you will experience this fine friend and will be richer for it.
