A fascinating hands-on culinary adventure into Chihuahua and the majestic Copper Canyon from the experts at Authentic Copper Canyon.

This trip is a seven to nine day immersion into the delightful kitchens and restaurants of Northern Mexico. Included are introductory discussions, lots of up-close, participatory experiences, as well as the world-renowned train journey through Copper Canyon, Mexico.
