I have invented a new drink which is truly Chihuahuan and which reflects the spirit and the spirits of this great land.
It is simple and delicious:
Combine one shot of Don Cuco sotol– preferably the Reposada, 2 oz of tonic water, 2oz of good dry red wine, and a 1/2 lime squeezed.
Ice can be a good addition in warm weather.
